Envirolawn LTD is a company born from the joining together of two companies both working in garden landscaping. It was sole destroying watching all the hard work turn into weeds and muddy areas unusable for the children that it was designed to help. We found that the difference artificial surfaces made to use of play areas around the North of England was huge, the children attracted by the green, clean, safe environment of artificial grass was undeniable, no longer restricted to the weather conditions.

Whole areas of unused land suddenly transformed into the most used part of the school. Combining this with all the other tangible benefits of no mowing, watering, feeding, seeding, cleaning etc, this was obviously a great solution to many schools and domestic gardens around the region.

The Inspection Process

Strict visual inspection is done, checking the surface of the carpet for any defects.

Other Inspection processes at this stage involve:
weight check
tensile stress test
checking of quantity of latex applied
checking for proper curing
checking of pile height (left, right, centre) to ensure no shrinkage
checking for stitch length
checking for stitch rate (amount per 10cm)
